日本では、減少傾向にあるとはいえ、15歳未満の人工妊娠中絶件数が190件、15歳が475件となっています(平成30年度厚生労働省「衛生行政報告例の概要」より)。(もっともこのようなデータが入手されていること自体相当ではないように思えますが。)
